Give JOONAS dust a working Capsule Catcher route

Updated
Start here

Moon Sweepers 1.0.4 says J.O.O.N.A.S cleans sectors and launches capsules to the nearest Capsule Catcher without returning to its dock. The catcher holds 100 kg. Give that receiver an outgoing conveyor route, then follow the dust through to processing or the Hub.

Build and test the receiving route

  1. Use an updated game and the Building Tool to place a Capsule Catcher for the area your owned JOONAS units are cleaning. Inspect the current build menu for its price and placement requirements.
  2. Connect the catcher’s outgoing conveyor to the dust-processing line or an established Hub delivery route. The creator demonstrates a catcher feeding a production belt at 1:03-1:30.
  3. Watch one capsule arrive and check the visible dust inside the catcher. Follow its outgoing load to the next receiver.
  4. Confirm processing or credited Hub payment before expanding the robot fleet. Catching dust alone is not a completed sale.

If the catcher remains empty or fills up

  • Check other nearby catchers: the documented target is the nearest one, so the receiver you are watching may not get that robot’s capsules.
  • Use the 1.0.4 Moon Map robot markers and activity filters. Looking at JOONAS also opens its information panel; the announced full-bin indicator flashes red.
  • If dust accumulates inside a catcher, trace its conveyor output before buying another cleaner.
  • The October 24 distance bug was followed by an official 1.0.4 fix claiming work continues without nearby players. Old warnings in launch videos describe that earlier state; persistent failure on the updated build needs a fresh reproduction.

What success looks like

A capsule reaches the intended catcher, stored dust leaves through its route, and processing or payment confirms the load reached its destination.
