Give the Stone Press both ingredients

Updated
Start here

The Moon Sweepers Stone Press needs raw dust as well as Moon Sand. Keep part of the incoming dust unprocessed, and send the other part through a Pressure Chamber. A line that converts every dust capsule into sand can leave the press waiting for its other ingredient.

Build the two-feed route

  1. Branch the incoming dust route before the Pressure Chamber.
  2. Connect a raw-dust branch to the corresponding press input.
  3. Connect the chamber's sand output to the other press input.
  4. Provide power and a clear outgoing route, then observe a small batch.

Do not diagnose from one full input

A visible pile at one input does not show that the complete recipe is supplied. Inspect both incoming materials separately before buying another press.

IndieTome's guide describes equal dust and sand inputs; the detailed machine guide reports an 18 kW press load. A chamber plus press is therefore described as a 28 kW load before any other equipment. This is a source-based requirement check, not an all-night solar design.

When both ingredients are arriving

  • Check the press's operating power.
  • Check whether produced material has space to leave.
  • Watch whether one incoming branch empties while the other continues accumulating.
  • Change one failing stage and observe the result before duplicating the installation.

If the machine says Could not pack a capsule

Version 1.0.4 specifically addresses machines stopping with “Could not pack a capsule” despite available power and materials. Update before testing that symptom again. If it persists, preserve the machine, version and first blocked stage; the fix does not replace the input, power and output checks above.

What success looks like

Both ingredient routes deliver material and the powered press releases its output into a usable destination.
